1. Introduction
Welcome to CleanPro Services Ltd. By accessing our website or booking any of our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Services Offered
CleanPro Services Ltd provides the following professional cleaning services:
- Deep Cleaning — thorough top-to-bottom cleaning of residential and commercial properties
- Office Cleaning — regular and one-off cleaning for workspaces, meeting rooms, and common areas
- End of Tenancy Cleaning — full property cleaning for landlords and tenants
- Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning — steam and dry cleaning for all fabric types
- After-Build Cleaning — post-construction debris and dust removal
- Window Cleaning — interior and exterior window cleaning for all property types
3. Bookings & Appointments
3.1 All bookings must be made via our website, phone, or email. A booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
3.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.
3.3 Clients must ensure that our cleaning team has full access to the property at the agreed time. Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation charge.
3.4 Appointment times are estimated. While we make every effort to arrive on time, CleanPro Services Ltd cannot be held liable for delays caused by traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 All prices are quoted in GBP and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Payment is due upon completion of the service unless a prior credit arrangement has been agreed in writing.
4.3 We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card, and cash.
4.4 CleanPro Services Ltd reserves the right to amend pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
5.1 Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are free of charge.
5.2 Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the quoted service fee.
5.3 Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged at 100% of the quoted fee.
5.4 To reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new time.
6. Client Responsibilities
6.1 Clients must disclose any hazardous materials, fragile items, or special requirements prior to the appointment.
6.2 Valuables, jewellery, and irreplaceable items should be stored safely before our team arrives. CleanPro Services Ltd will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to unsecured valuables.
6.3 Clients are responsible for securing pets during the cleaning visit to ensure the safety of both the animal and our staff.
7. Liability & Damage
7.1 CleanPro Services Ltd carries full public liability insurance. In the event of damage caused directly by our team, we must be notified within 24 hours of the completed service.
7.2 Claims reported after 24 hours may not be considered.
7.3 We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, or items not disclosed prior to the service.
7.4 Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will return to re-clean the areas in question at no additional charge. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
9. Health & Safety
9.1 Our staff are trained in health and safety procedures and use industry-approved cleaning products.
9.2 Clients must inform us of any known allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products prior to the appointment so we can make appropriate substitutions.
9.3 CleanPro Services Ltd reserves the right to withdraw staff from any property deemed unsafe or where staff are treated in an abusive or threatening manner.
10. Privacy & Data
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK GDPR regulations. Your data will never be sold to third parties.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to Terms
CleanPro Services Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
